These terms cover this website and the way you request work from Query Engine Core. They are written for a professional audit practice, not for a software shop or an online store.

What this site is
The site describes healthcare application audit services and lets you send a scoping request. It does not sell software, take payment, or create a contract by itself. A contract exists only when both sides have signed a written engagement letter that names the site, the application, the dates, and the fee.
No clinical or legal advice
Notes, service pages, and examples on this site are general. They are not medical advice, not a legal opinion, and not a finding about your facility. An audit finding exists only in a dated report issued under an engagement letter. If a patient is at risk, follow your own clinical escalation path. We are not an emergency service.
Accuracy of descriptions
We take care with how we describe typical duration and typical inclusions. Every facility is different. Floor access, vendor cooperation, and the number of wards can change the work. The engagement letter prevails over marketing pages if they differ.
Your requests
When you send a form or an email, you confirm that you are authorised to discuss the facility or vendor you name, and that you will not paste live patient identifiers into the message. If a record extract is later needed for sampling, we will agree a lawful method in the engagement letter — never through this website’s form.
Intellectual property
The words, layout, and mark on this website belong to Query Engine Core unless a credit says otherwise. Photographs are loaded from a public image host and remain with their owners. You may not copy our reports, protocols, or site copy for resale. You may quote a short passage with a link when you are discussing a public page.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that burdens the host, or submit automated messages. Do not use the contact form to send clinical data, payment card numbers, or anyone else’s personal data without a lawful reason.
Limitation
This website is provided as a public description of our practice. To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take solely from reading these pages. Liability for contracted audit work is set in the engagement letter, not here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Johor have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law.
Changes
We may update these terms when the practice or the site changes. The date of the current version is 12 August 2026. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
